Classes and Fleets
We currently support 4 fleets that enjoy good racing:
Streaker Fleet - Fleet Contact: Chris Wright
New for 2017 the dominant Streaker class has been given its own Fleet status,
so if you enjoy one on one racing this is the one for you
Fast Handicap Fleet (PY 1135 and lower) - Fleet Contact: Tim Hampshire
There are 4 popular classes raced in the fast handicap fleet, RS200, Enterprise, Laser & Supernova
with occasional appearances from N12, Phantom, Graduate, Albacore
Medium Handicap Fleet (PY 1136 to 1200) - Fleet Contact: Richard Pryke
The primary class in this fleet is the Solo which attracts good entries and provides a good level of competition right across
the fleet . The Europe and Firefly are also welcome within this fleet, as are any other boats within this PN range.
Slow Handicap Fleet (Above PY 1200 ) - Fleet Contact: TBA
There are 3 primary classes racing in this fleet, Mirror, Topper & RS Tera.
This is very much the fleet for encouraging youngsters to take part in racing
