Training & Coaching Booking Terms & Conditions
When you book a course or event, we reserve a place and equipment exclusively for you. We also arrange for a suitable number of volunteer instructors and helpers to run the session. We hope you won't need to cancel but understand that it can be unavoidable. If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as you can.
If we can fill your space, we will provide a refund (less a £10 administration fee) or transfer your booking to another suitable date.
Otherwise, refunds are provided as follows:
| Cancelled more than a week prior to the course / event | Full refund, less a £10 administration fee |
| Cancelled with less than 1 weeks' notice | No refund |
If, for any reason, we have to postpone or cancel a course / event we will either transfer your booking to a date convenient to you or provide a full refund.
