St.Georges Day Regatta and Methuselah Events

Just a reminder that the next two Sundays are One-day events, so if you haven't got your boat out yet, now's your chance to dust off the cobwebs and get sailing without having to complete a long series.

This Sunday, 21st April, is our St.George's Day regatta which will be split into Gold, Silver and Bronze fleets. This format is proving very popular as it means you can race against sailors of a similar standard. The temptation of chocolate prizes on the day may also have something to do with it! Sunshine and gentle breezes are forecast, so it should be an ideal day.

The following Sunday, 28th April, is our traditional Methuselah event. Racing is split into age categories, and if you don't fit, then there is the In-Betweeners trophy to race for as well. Details of which category you will fit can be found here.
