Smart Access Update

I wanted to let you know that we are looking into an issue with the delivery of the Smart Credentials email not being received by a handful of you.
I have stopped creating anymore accounts until this issue has been resolved. Our system manufacturer is working on a solution, and as soon as we can proceed I will update you.
For those who have requested fobs. The issuing of fobs will continue as planned on Sunday between 10:00 & 14:00.
