Check in - Instructions

We are really pleased to be able to offer Sailing Club Managers latest feature to members - check in and out on site.

This feature will not only help us know who is on site but will contribute towards our reporting and compliance with HMRC in relation to our CASC status.

Checking in

Step 1 - when you arrive at site, log in to SCM on your mobile device and you will see the 'check in' button appear at the top of the screen.

Step 2 - Select 'Just me' or 'Me + guests'. If you select 'Just me' then the check in process will complete automatically. If you select 'Me + guests', you will see a list of the family members you are connected with appear on the screen. Once you have made you selections, click 'Done? Check me in with guests' and the process will complete automatically.

You can now close the page

Checking out

Step 1 - Return to the website home page and log in. You will see a 'Check out' button appear.

Step 2 - Click on the 'Check out' button and select who is checking out (This is the same as who checked in). If it is 'Just me', the process will complete automatically. If it is 'Me + guests', please select the names from the list and then click 'Done? Checkout with guests'

You can now close this page

Future developments

Committee will make a tablet available in the foyer to the building for those members who cannot access this system on their own mobile devices - this will be available in the next few weeks. Signage reminding members to check in and out will be put up around the same time.
