Taster sail for non members

Ripon Sailing Club offers taster sails to prospective members. This is an opportunity to give dinghy sailing a try before deciding to join Ripon SC and signing up for one of our dinghy sailing courses. Our RYA courses are available to members only. The taster sail lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. If the wind conditions are suitable our instructor will give the participant an opportunity to helm the dinghy.

The cost of a taster sail is £30 for one, £50 for a group of 2 or 3. This cost will be deducted from any membership fees if the participant decides to join Ripon SC within a month of the taster sail.

Please contact training@ripon-sc.org.uk to arrange a date and time. Once the sail has been booked and payment received, a temporary gate access code will be sent. All bookings/payments are completed electronically via our website.
