Ensure stewards and assistants are wearing suitable non-flammable clothing.

First aid station in clubhouse with dedicated first aider present.

Fire Breakout

Members and Club property

Stewards to be provided with fire beaters. Stewards to be in radio contact with control point to facilitate evacuation if required.

Inhalation of Fumes

Members

Fire to be constructed from non-toxic materials. No-go zone to provide air break.

Fire Collapse

Members

Fire to be constructed by identified team and constructed to minimize risk of collapse. No-go zone to be set to ensure that any such collapse would be within the no-go zone.

Residual Fire

Members

Watch officers to be appointed to ensure that the dying fire continues to be monitored, that the no-go zone is maintained and that any fire creep is extinguished.
