    VR Sailing Starts Today

    Members should by now have had an email with all the information to get set up on Virtual Regatta. If you haven't received your email, please let us know at vrsailing@ripon-sc.org.uk Our first 'fun' races will be this weekend - Saturday 1800, Sunday 1800 and Monday 1600. We hope you can get signed up and get involved.

    In view of the most recent statement from our Prime Minister (23/03/2020) and advice taken from the RYA's legal team, Committee have taken the view that to fully comply with the Government's instructions, we need to close access to the Ripon Sailing Club site.   • Covid-19 Update - 19th March 2020

    The safety of our members an d their families is of the upmost importance to us. Following the most recent update issued by the UK Government, specifically advising against mass gatherings, minimising social contact and avoiding non-essential travel; Committee has unanimously agreed that we need to postpone till at least 30 April; which is consistent with the RYA's plans for all major sailing events organised under their burgee.

  • Last Pre-Season Work Party - Sunday 15 March

    The final pre-season work party is tomorrow (Sunday 15 March). In-line with Government advice we will be continuing to run events at the club despite Covid-19 concerns.
