One of our younger members, Gracie Kerslake, get's the Commodore's Award for February. She's just had her hair cut, donating the cut off hair to be made into wigs for young cancer sufferers and raising over £700 in sponsorship at the same time. Well done Gracie, what a fantastic thing to do!

A huge amount of work has been done in the boat park over the winter, removing boats which belong to ex members, moving boats to their correct berths and generally tidying the area up. Many boats now have their 2017 stickers on them, if you haven't collected yours yet please ask for it at the Galley and make sure you get it stuck on. We will be selling off the abandoned boats via

It's great to see some of Youth members joining the RS200 Youth Squad this winter - members taking part include Eleanor Whittaker, Ellie Clark, Alistair and Charlotte Scott. They will train under the watchful eye of Adam Savage throughout the winter months.

The 2016 Frostbite series got off to a slow start on Sunday 13 November with the wind deciding to go and play somewhere else. After a long first race in drifting conditions the fleet retired to the clubhouse for lunch and RO John Pillmoor wisely decided to can racing for the rest of the day!
